FAME - A Mobile App for UPPCL and DISCOM Field Activities
FAME Mobile App is a productivity tool designed for employees and contractors of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) and DISCOMs (PVVNL, PUVVNL, MVVNL and DVVNL). The app simplifies various field activities, enabling workers to carry out their tasks faster and more efficiently.
The FAME Mobile App is easy to use and requires a simple login process. Once logged in, users can access the latest features of the app, including search consumers by book number or DT, filtering consumers by minimal and maximum outstanding amounts, and GPS navigation from the user's location to consumer location.
The app allows for disconnection and re-connection activities, RAID activities, metering activities, check reading activities, and shutdown and breakdown announcements by JE for feeders. Additionally, JE and field staff can update consumer complaints, and users can access reports on their activities and MIS reports on activities carried out under a particular substation or JE.
